Brief History:
Chef Simon was raised in Perth, Western Australia, he has worked in the hospitality industry for 30 years. His very first job was barista in a food hall after which he then decided this is his passion and wanted to become a chef. Simon finished highschool then studied to obtain his culinary degree, he then worked his way up to sous/pastry chef and after Ten years in various fine restaurants including those with michelin star status. His love of the sea combined with his passion for food, superyachts was the direction he wanted to go. He has extensive experience on Superyachts and Megayachts throughout Europe, the Caribbean and South East Asia.
