What is APA?
APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) The Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is the customary method for covering expenses during a luxury yacht charter. It encompasses fuel costs, catering, beverages, and any additional special requests that may arise during your voyage. Any unused portion of the APA will be refunded at the conclusion of the charter. Should your expenditures surpass the APA, an additional payment will be required to cover the difference.

Think of the APA as a dedicated account for the captain (and chef) to manage on your behalf while you're abroad. The captain will oversee the APA during your trip, maintaining records of expenses and providing updates on expenditures throughout the charter. This ensures transparency and allows you to stay informed about your financial status. Before your voyage begins, you'll receive detailed information about fuel consumption based on your chosen vessel, helping you anticipate this aspect of your expenses for our standard one-week itinerary.

Asia Poseidon Cancellation Policy
To secure your reservation for your charter aboard Asia Poseidon, a 50% deposit of the total charter fee is required. The remaining 50% of the charter fee must be settled at least seven days prior to the scheduled charter date via bank transfer. For day charters exclusively, the 50% balance can be paid on the day of the charter before it commences.
In the event of cancellation, if the client provides a notice of four weeks or more for day charters, or twelve weeks or more for multi-day charters, a 50% refund of the initial deposit is applicable. Alternatively, arrangements can be made for another charter date, utilizing the deposit for reserving the new date.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued, or the deposit can be retained by Pattaya Yacht Charters for future use in reserving another charter date.
