Asia Poseidon Charter rate is just 700,000 Thai Baht per day + 30% APA.
At this rate Asia Poseidon is by far the best priced Benetti Classic Supreme 132 Superyacht available for charter anywhere in the world.
APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is the common way to enable charter companies to manage their expenses through a clear and trackable arrangement. The charter fee we quote is for the charter of the yacht and crew only, all other expenses (such as fuel, food, alcohol beverage, transfer service, crew gratuities …) are in addition to our initial charter fee. The APA is the standard arrangement for paying all expenses during your yacht charter. APA is calculated as a percentage of the charter fee, which you pay in addition, before the charter. Any left over money will be returned to you, at the end of the charter.
To secure your reservation for your charter aboard Asia Poseidon, a 50% deposit of the total charter fee is required. The remaining 50% of the charter fee must be settled at least seven days prior to the scheduled charter date via bank transfer. For day charters exclusively, the 50% balance can be paid on the day of the charter before it commences.
In the event of cancellation, if the client provides a notice of four weeks or more for day charters, or twelve weeks or more for multi-day charters, a 50% refund of the initial deposit is applicable. Alternatively, arrangements can be made for another charter date, utilizing the deposit for reserving the new date.
If the client provides less than four weeks’ notice for day charters or twelve weeks’ notice for multi-day charters, there will be no refund of the charter fee deposit. If full payment has been made, the balance will be refunded, while 50% of the yacht charter fee will be retained.
Cancellations due to rainy days are not accepted and there is no refund provided if the guest decides to cancel due to rainy weather. Asia Poseidon can still offer exceptional comfort and a thoroughly enjoyable day even on days where rain is present. During rainy season, the rain showers rarely last long and tend to be sporadic downpours. Also worth noting for day charters that the Pattaya far islands have a very dry microclimate and quite often when it is raining on the mainland it is dry at the islands. The primary weather consideration for chartering is sea conditions, and a charter will only be canceled if the sea conditions are deemed severe and dangerous. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, or the deposit can be retained by Pattaya Yacht Charters for future use in reserving another charter date.
